I spent my childhood travelling with my parents, to do performances, sometimes with a group, sometimes with a circus, sometimes just the family. I also spend lots of time, in my dad´s house in Russia. I almost never went to school. Except occasionally if we were living in the same place for sometime, or sometimes with other children in the circus. While in Russia I never went to school, my parents didn´t want me to, specially my dad. Life is the best school, he said. My mum taught me to read and write, that's why Spanish is my first language, and some basic maths.
Most of the time when I was in the Urals I was playing and training performances and sport with my parents. We lived in house in a beautiful place in the mountains, 10 mins uphill in the mountain from a small village. There was a small stream near our house, and another 10-15 mins up in the mountain there was a nice water fall forming a pond. That's where I used to swim almost every day. In winter there was lots of ice as the temperatures reached -10 easily, sometimes and during night even -20. So we had to break the ice to swim.
We used to live naked, even while going outside in winter, with lots of snow. And of course in bare feet. This was the most naturist way to live. Animals free in nature do not wear anything, no matter the temperature, so why should we?
I used to spend quite a lot of time outside, even in winter, absolutely naked and in bare feet. I went to the water fall and pond for swim, without taking not even a towel. And I used to play like that in the snow by the house making snow men. Sometimes if I was a there for a long time my skin became very red, and my smallest toes sometimes purple, but that didn´t bother me.
Sometimes I used to go down to the village with my mum for shopping. My mum used to dress something then, but very often I went there completely naked. For the people that didn´t know us it was very shocking seeing a small girl naked and barefooted specially in the hard winter with lots of snow. Often, if my dad had gone to the city with the car (where there was the society he was one the leaders) or if we couldn´t move the car due to the heavy snow we even went there walking, me in my bare feet. Other times I was wearing something, but that was probably a small short dress sleeve-less and always barefoot as I didn´t have any shoes. And I still haven´t got any.
